Well, hello there!

My name is Ada Rosette (they/them) and I'm a 23 year old lolita fashion enthusiast. I work as a full stack web developer in my normie life. My interest in lolita fashion started when I was a middle schooler obsessed with all parts of Japanese pop culture (thanks Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and Ghost in the Shell), but I've only been able to learn about (and afford) real lolita fashion in the past year or so (~spring 2021). I started this website as a way to document my lolita fashion experience, to create a digital scrapbook of sorts. I need an outlet for my frock obsession that doesn't tank my credit score and leave me eating instant ramen in a shoebox. I'm a lonelita, so I also want a way to share my experiences without drowning my partner in obsessive dribble about the latest classic Angelic Pretty piece.
